[This was emailed to members after the 2007 CCGS Christmas Party from Frances Bading McQueeney...]

In case anyone would like the Lemon Cookie recipe for the cookies I brought to our CCGS Christmas Party...here it is!

1 Duncan Hines Lemon Cake mix
1 egg
2 cups of Cool Whip (regular, not Lite)

Mix together the above ingredients - will be rather sticky.

Add: 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup coconut

Take one tablespoon of dough, roll into ball and roll in powdered sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Do not overbake. They will be slightly browned.

Enjoy!

Merry Christmas,

Francie
