Mr. James is a certified archivist with the Academy of Certified Archivists. He has written four family history books and over thirty articles in genealogical journals and magazines, including “Researching Bounty Land Warrants at the National Archives” in the NGS Magazine. He is a former publisher of Cantadora Press of Milton, Florida, which published over twenty-five genealogical publications. Researcher and compiler of the Cemeteries of Lowndes County, Mississippi book and is the author of Too Late for Blood: Florida Volunteers in the Mexican War.
