I have attended several of these symposiums. They should be of interest<BR>to anyone who's interested in Texas History. They aren't destroying our historical buildings they are eliminating staff. The State Facilities Commission and the General Land Office are being reorganized, according to the Budget.<BR>The locals already bear the responsibility of documenting the cemeteries, and doing the paperwork, not the THC, so I'm not quite sure why this alarm is being sent.<BR><BR><BR>Once historical buildings and cemeteries are lost, they cannot be rebuilt.<BR>Please help support the Texas Historical Commission. <BR><BR><BR>

Yes, everyone should write individual letters to their senators and <BR>representatives. I couldn't believe it when I <BR><BR>read that they want to cut THC funding or "temporarily" shut it down. Why can't <BR>they fund THC and quit funding<BR>everything that is spent on ILLEGAL ALIENS who are in our country ILLEGALLY and <BR>sucking our tax dollars <BR><BR>like a commercial vacuum cleaner.<BR><BR>God bless Texas and keep her ...
