Looking for information on the Salitrillo Band from early 1900s

I've found two old pictures of the Salitrillo Band, but the pictures have no names. Anyone know anything about the Salitrillo Band? Salitrillo Creek starts west of Randolph AFB, so they must have been from the Saint Hedwig area, or maybe Schertz or Selma.
