In case anyone would like the Lemon Cookie recipe for the cookies I brought to our CCGS Christmas Party…here it is!
1 Duncan Hines Lemon Cake mix
1 egg
2 cups of Cool Whip (regular, not Lite)Mix together the above ingredients – will be rather sticky.
Add: 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup coconutTake one tablespoon of dough, roll into ball and roll in powdered sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Do not overbake. They will be slightly browned.
