The Comal Co. Genealogy Society will hold a picnic at the Jackie and Charlene Nolte’s Farm at 4907 FM 1044 . This is about 4.5 miles south of IH 35 toward Marion Tx, on your left coming from New Braunfels. Look for the “Creekbottom Farm” sign and the big high tension power towers.
Gathering time is 5 PM and the picnic meal will be at 6:30 PM.
We need reservations by August 30 if you plan to attend. This permits us to order sufficient food required for the group. Non attendees do not have to RSVP. CCGS will furnish sausage or chicken breast or on a bun, tea, soda, water and condiments. Members are asked to bring either a covered dish, an appetizer, or a dessert for after the meal. Non-members will be charged a small $3 fee per person payable to Terry Fischer at the picnic.
